Our dough is full of simple, recognizable, ethically sourced ingredients* leaving no room for preservatives (none). And because we want to keep everybody safe, we use heat-treated flour** and no eggs.

You can enjoy our crave-worthy edible cookie dough in shelf-stable or refrigerated bars.

Our refrigerated bars use 100% butter, so they need to chill in the fridge or freezer where they’ll stay fresh for a long time (that is, if they stick around long enough for you to find out).

Shelf-stable bars use a special mix of shortening and butter that makes them safe to eat with no refrigeration. So throw them in your bag for a midday snack or in a kid’s lunchbox for an easy treat.

Bottom line: both our refrigerated and shelf-stable edible cookie dough bars contain the same good stuff that makes our dough disappear long before the expiration date.

*Like RSPO-certified palm oil shortening, which is sustainably produced to ensure there’s no harm to the environment.
