Not
Preservatives.
It’s all about the good stuff.
We’re talking real butter, rich brown sugar, and natural chocolate chips.
I started Dible Dough when my best friend Suzy told me she would rather eat the dough than the cookie. That’s when I realized that creating an all-natural cookie dough bar using simple, recognizable ingredients was the craveable snack everyone would love.
Our dough is full of simple, recognizable, ethically sourced ingredients* leaving no room for preservatives (none). And because we want to keep everybody safe, we use heat-treated flour** and no eggs.
All the good stuff. None of the junk.
Try either of our two different crave-worthy products–refrigerated or shelf stable– both are equally delicious and preservative-free!
Our refrigerated bars use 100% butter, so they need to chill in the fridge or freezer where they’ll stay fresh for a long time† (that is, if they stick around long enough for you to find out).
Shelf-stable bars use a butter blend that makes them safe to eat with no refrigeration. So throw them in your bag for a midday snack or in a kid’s lunchbox for an easy treat.
Bottom line: both our refrigerated bars and shelf stable bars contain the same good stuff that makes our edible cookie dough disappear long before the expiration date.†
*Like RSPO-certified palm oil shortening, which is sustainably produced to ensure there’s no harm to the environment.
**Flour that has been heated to high temperatures to make it safer to eat than its raw form.
†For you wholesalers who want the deets, our refrigerated bars have an 18-month shelf life and our shelf-stable bars are good for 12 months when stored under 75 degrees.
WE’RE ALWAYS WHIPPING UP NEW RECIPES. CURRENTLY WE HAVE 3 FLAVORS OF COOKIE DOUGH (WITH MORE ON THE WAY)!
CHOCOLATE CHIP
You can’t go wrong with a classic. This one will take you back to your mom’s kitchen, tasting dough straight from the bowl. This chocolate chip cookie dough bar starts with a deliciously creamy dough and just the right amount of chocolate chips.
PEANUT BUTTER
CHOCOLATE CHIP
This flavor combines two of our favorite things: natural peanut butter and chocolate. We may be biased, but we think you’ll love it.
SUGAR COOKIE WITH
SPRINKLES
We have Jolene’s grandma Billie to thank for this recipe. All-natural sprinkles add a little something extra. Throw this one in your kids’ lunchbox and suddenly you’re the cool mom again.
