Because they’re DELICIOUS and because they don’t contain eggs. Remember when your mom said you’d get worms if you ate raw cookie dough? Not so with Dible Dough! We also use heat-treated flour so that all our products are safe to eat raw.
You can do whatever you want. However if you try to bake Dible Dough the baked product will be kind of flat because we don’t use baking soda or eggs. But it could be a fun little teaching moment for your kids so go ahead!
Because we make Dible Dough with 100% real butter, they should be kept cold, however they can stay at room temperature for up to 48 hours (so throw them in your backpack or leave them on the office break-room table). They can stay refrigerated or frozen for a year, but we're pretty sure that if anyone knows they're in there, they won't be around for that long.
All Dible Dough bars start with the same recipes we use at home to make our cookies which includes using 100% butter. Even though butter is more expensive, there's a lot of negative publicity around palm oils and margarines so we've made the choice to use only butter. Please note however that the manufacturer of our natural sprinkles used in the Sugar Cookie bars uses small amounts of palm oil in their production.
Dible Dough does not contain eggs but all flavors are made with real butter which is a dairy product.
Yes. They are all made with heat-treated flour which of course is made from wheat.
There are no added preservatives in any of our cookie dough bars. There are no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. Only real, simple, recognizable ingredients. YUM!
All Dible Dough bars are made with heat-treated flour which is NOT gluten free. We use heat-treated flour so you can safely enjoy Dible Dough without worrying about getting sick from eating raw flour. However, a gluten-free bar is something we're currently working on, so keep checking the website for it's release!
Absolutely. We ship our Dible Dough bars frozen and we only ship when we know that you will receive your order within 2-3 days (not over the weekend or holidays). Because we use 100% salted butter (which acts as a natural preservative) Dible Dough can sit at room temperature for several days. When you receive your bars (and you can wait a few more minutes to tear into them) put them in the fridge or freezer and enjoy them when they’re cooler.
You know it! We have someone very close to us who removes the outer wrapper and puts Dible Dough on a microwave safe plate and heats it up just a little. SO GOOD! If this is your thing, just make sure you don’t put the wrapper in the microwave because it has foil on the inside and it will do super mean things to your appliance.
