Before the Dible Dough dream came to life, I was a mom and caterer who loved to bake. Funny thing was, my cookie dough would disappear from the fridge before I could get it in the oven! Message received – the dough was the guilty pleasure my family and friends desired.
So I created less guilty (a.k.a. safer) versions of my recipes with no eggs or raw flour that were just as delicious as the originals. I stuck to simple, all-natural, preservative-free ingredients that made cookie dough that was good and good (well, mostly) for ya.
I believe we’re all doing the best we can and we owe it to ourselves and others to be kind. You don’t need a reason to treat yourself. You deserve it. Just because.

Founder & CEO
What started as an obvious solution to my family and friend’s compulsive addiction to raw cookie dough has turned into our Dible Dough Cookie Dough Bar company. The concept started when I was the team mom in charge of the concession stands for our daughters’ athletic teams. Now it’s available in thousands of stores. I have loved growing this company from its humble beginnings, but it would not have been possible without the love and support of my husband, our 3 daughters, my best friend, Suzy, and the rest of my tribe. We’re a football family who loves to eat, drink, and spend time on the lake. Pretty simple.
Diana Janowick
Director of Operations
Diana is excited to officially join the Dible Dough family after spending the last eight years at our co-packer. Fun fact: she mixed the very first batch of Dible Dough way back in the day! So really, she’s been part of the magic from the start. With her years of experience on the other side of the logistical puzzle and an impressive track record in logistics, she was a natural fit for the Director of Operations role.
Diana’s sharp eye for detail and knack for inventory management are sure to keep Dible Dough rolling toward even greater success. When she’s not keeping us organized, you’ll find her hanging out with her family, whipping up tasty treats in the kitchen, or diving into a good book. A lifelong learner at heart, Diana’s all about growing, exploring, and picking up something new every day.
Callie Conway
Director of Sales
She would introduce herself as the favorite daughter of Jolene, but honestly is just the loudest. Callie is living proof that a strong-willed child ends up being a fierce and ambitious adult. Callie left a career in college football that she loved dearly to join our team when we needed her most. Her experience in recruiting lends itself to a unique skillset that has proven invaluable for Dible Dough. She’s been a part of this journey since the very beginning, which gives her a unique perspective of this family business. She loves all things that involve eating, drinking, and living in Texas, but especially playing mother to her toy goldendoodle, Nola.
Jeff Conway
Director of Partnership Development
Following a 38-year career coaching college football, Jeff now brings his loud voice to a new chapter. Embracing his passion for control and structure, he is transitioning into a role focused on contributing to the world of Dible Dough, bringing timeliness and organization to the table. His favorite part of the job is bartering with other vendors at trade shows for a suitcase full of snacks, but his main challenge is to keep Callie and Maddie on a straight path.
