Dible Dough Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Dible Dough Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
Approved affiliates may promote Dible Dough products using a unique referral link, coupon code, or other approved promotional method. Qualified sales may earn commissions as outlined in the affiliate dashboard or separate written agreement.
2. Approval & Participation
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Participation may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms or behavior that does not align with our brand.
3. Acceptable Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote Dible Dough through:
- Personal websites or blogs
- Email newsletters (with proper consent)
- Social media accounts you own or manage
- Video content, reviews, recipes, and similar original content
- Direct sharing of your coupon code or affiliate link
4. Prohibited Activities
The following are not allowed:
- False or misleading claims about products
- Spam email, unsolicited messages, or deceptive promotions
- Coupon code posting on unauthorized coupon/deal websites
- Trademark bidding or paid ads using “Dible Dough” or close variations
- Impersonating Dible Dough or pretending to represent the company
- Self-referrals or using your own code for personal purchases unless expressly allowed
- Creating fake orders, fraudulent traffic, bots, or manipulated referrals
5. Coupon Code Rules
If issued a coupon code:
- Codes may only be promoted by the approved affiliate
- Codes may not be resold, transferred, or posted to mass coupon databases without permission
- We may disable or replace codes at any time
6. Commissions
Commissions are paid only on valid, completed, non-refunded orders that are properly tracked through your affiliate link or assigned coupon code.
We may withhold or reverse commissions for:
- Refunded or canceled orders
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Orders violating these terms
- Duplicate or improperly attributed referrals
Commission rates may be changed at any time with notice in the affiliate portal or by email.
7. Payment Schedule
Payments are typically processed on a periodic basis after a holding period to account for returns, chargebacks, and fraud review. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.
8. Brand Use
You may use approved Dible Dough logos, images, and marketing assets solely for promoting Dible Dough products. We may request edits or removal of any content using our brand.
9. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Dible Dough.
10. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using affiliate links, coupon codes, and branded assets.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
